2025 REGISTRATION

EPTC has reached its capacity for 2025 Memberships. We are compiling an ordered 2025 waitlist manually until our automated waitlist is operational. If you are not a 2025 Member and wish to be on the waitlist, please email courtreserve@eptc.ca and indicate whether you want an Adult, Youth (17 and under), or Family (including Couple) membership. For the latter, indicate the number of family members.

EPTC MEMBERS

With a membership, you can book courts, join mixers, participate in events, book group or private lessons and register for camps in our new club management software: Court Reserve.

Our aim is to ensure that all our members have their fair share of court time. We will monitor court and event availability and we may modify court and/or event registration restrictions as required throughout the season.

2025 membership fees:

    • Adult: $120 (18 and over)

    • Youth/Junior: $65 (17 and under)

    • Family: $250 (Max 2 adults + 3 children under 18, all living at the same address) (each additional child will be charged the youth rate)

EPTC Non-Members

Even if the membership is at capacity or an individual is looking for an alternative to a seasonal commitment, non-members can “pay to play” at EPTC!

Lessons and mixers are all “pay per play” options for EPTC non-members:

  • Mixers are open to all non-members 24 hours before the event starts. Even if it is full, you can also be placed on the event’s waiting list.
  • Tennis and pickleball lessons are also available for non-members. Simply click on the “Book a lesson” button to request a time with our pros!
